Live Streaming and Hybrid Events
A hybrid event is two productions at once: one for the room, one for the screen. We direct both, live, with a crew that has done it on a schedule.
What it is
Live streaming fails in predictable ways: audio the remote audience cannot hear, slides nobody switched to, a single camera that never moves. The fix is not more gear. It is direction: a produced show with a run of show, a switched multi-camera feed, and someone calling it live.

Build the run of show

Common questions
What does a live stream production include?
A switched multi-camera feed, live direction, graphics and playback, and a full recording. The crew is sized to the show, and the run of show is written in advance.
Can the recording become other content?
That is the point of planning it. A single session can deliver the full program plus short versions and promos, if the deliverables list is written before the session, not after.
Do you handle hybrid, with remote guests?
Yes. Remote guests are tested and rehearsed ahead of the show and switched into the live program like anyone in the room.
